To the Casabe family,
I am very sorry to hear of Rachel’s passing, she embodied the spirit
of the community and was the most vocal in expressing her concerns
that the seniors and the building be protected. We had many a
passionate debate during the process of refinancing and I went to
great pains to win her trust, she had tears in her eyes when she made
an empassioned plea to protect that spirit and I know that she is
looking down on us now with a smile on her face at the result, we
dedicate our efforts to her.
To her family, we are sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace.
